
Ken Boyd is an attorney licensed to practice in California (State Bar No. 329454). Mr. Boyd represents employees in employment lawsuits involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage/hour violations, and sexual assault and battery. Mr. Boyd has successfully represented employees against multinational corporations, small businesses and non-profits alike.
Mr. Boyd received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz where he graduated with university and departmental honors. Before starting his solo practice, Mr. Boyd practiced law at Bononi Law Group, LLP.
Mr. Boyd is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and a past attendee of the CELA Trial College.
Mr. Boyd has spent the better part of his life in California, having grown up in Northern California’s Mendocino and Sonoma Counties. He now resides in Oakland, CA.
